Organisation and implementation of all secretarial tasks
Central contact for general information
Reception and support of customers and suppliers
Telephone management and calendar maintenance
Organisation and preparation and follow-up of appointments, events and training courses
Coordination of meeting rooms, including organisation of catering for meetings, training courses and events
Supporting the management in all organisational and administrative matters
such as Travel bookings, expense reports and researchAdministrative office tasks (e.g. processing daily mail, ordering and managing office supplies, ordering goods (coffee, water, uniforms, etc.))
Co-design and optimisation of internal processes and procedures
Assistance with stocktaking
DO YOU RECOGNISE YOURSELF?
Completed commercial training (e.g. industrial clerk, office management clerk) or comparable training, lateral entry also possible
Professional experience in office management / assistance desirable
An eye for detail and the ability to act proactively
Confident, professional demeanour and skill in dealing with customers, as well as a pronounced willingness to provide service
accurate, conscientious work
Strong team spirit and friendly demeanour
Experience with MS Office applications, scheduling

DO YOU RECOGNISE YOURSELF?
Successfully completed commercial training in wholesale and foreign trade, ideally in the building materials trade or a comparable qualification such as a relevant degree course with a focus on purchasing, procurement and/or logistics

Strong communication skills, empathy and motivational ability
